Thinking about NYU MSRE Too late for fall deadline?

Hey all, I am thinking about doing the NYU MSRE and ideally would like to be in there for the fall semester (which I understand starts in September?). Is it too late to apply seeing as it's now early June and is there any reason I should not apply, I have roughly 3 years of experience (2 resi/1 CRE) and am looking to pivot into AM or something more heavy finance oriented.

All views are welcome.

I am in a similar boat. I think they technically accept applications up until August 1st (though I wouldn't wait that long if you can). So as long as you are able to crank out your application materials, including your letters of recs, I don't see why not go for it. If the class fills up by then (they do rolling admission), they will just slide you into the next semester pool anyways so I don't see what you have to lose.
Also, some of the core classes can be done via remote/online. So if you are not in NY already and need more time before moving, you can still get started on your classes. The trade-off is of course you miss out on the campus events and all that.

Yeah seems like it would be a quick turnaround-planning on sending in the app early julyish (taking the GMAT to bolster my resume). Expectations are that you hear back within 3-6 weeks, I could likely get up there but getting financial aid/place to live would be tough (but possible within that time frame). Online classes might be the move to get started prior to getting up there if need be.
