Thoughts on Adams Street VC/Growth Team for FT Analyst?

Team invests 10-40m typically (recent fund raised 108m or so) across tech and hc. Concerning thing is they've had only 2bn AUM over 50 years of this fund's existence supposedly, and they don't seem to have a structured analyst program yet. Thoughts on the team, comp, etc.? Have a return offer from a MM IBank, and am unsure whether it would be worth recruiting for a non-brand name VC for FT instead of the IB grind and badge. Thanks!

Hi Intern in IB-M&A, no, I never sleep and so I can respond to any lonely threads (like this one) at all hours of the night. Impressive, I know ;-)
