What does everyone think of BentallGreenOak? any insight on their Strategic Capital Partner Team?
What type of $$ can one expect as an associate over there?
Is there any geographical mobility? from NYC to Toronto or London for example?

Top shop, everyone I know is pretty smart. Merger caused some additional red tape in terms of everything.
I heard 110k+100k or so bonus, may be out dated.
Sweat shop?
Doubt it, maybe the NYC office since that's the where the GreenOak office was based out of. If you're going to a former Bentall Kennedy/Sunlife office it's likely going to be more pension fund/insurance company vibes with a slower pace.
Where do they recruit? Is it direct? If HH does anyone care to share which group?
Any idea on exit opps? Like is it possible to switch from BGO to a Blackstone/KKR/Starwood fund?
Why would you want to? I feel like the opposite career path is more common - you work way better hours at BGO for incrementally worse pay.
Extremely smart and savvy team on the West Coast. Absolutely love working with them. Culture seems great and they simply "get it".
