Have an opportunity with a team that used to work at one of the big 3 (CBRE, JLL, Newmark). Top team in a top market, they have closed billions of dollars in institutional sales over the past 15 years.
They have closed around $200mm in deals their first year after starting current firm and it's a very lean team of just the two brokers. Thoughts on an analyst role under these guys? They're clearly getting deal flow and would be great to learn from some of the most successful brokers in the industry. My only concern is firm name brand (is this ridiculous?) and smaller capital base so depends on their money mgmt to keep things going - anything else to look out for?
I am 2-3 years out of undergrad looking for next move, candidly was looking for a top brokerage from where I'm at and want to end up in development/acquisitions.
