Does anyone understand the business model of NYSE:MLP? Their company develops, sells, and manages residential, resort, commercial, agricultural, and industrial real estate properties in Hawaii. Seems pretty normal however, the stock has been very volatile on a daily and yearly basis. There hasn't really been much news, but the stock has been moving significantly.
