Thoughts on PWM Intern at UBS? Wealth Strategy Associate Career?

Hi all, I recently attended an internship event at UBS and was offered an internship. They were very clear this internship is mostly a support/secretarial position that will grow based solely on my ability to build relationships with the financial advisors. The recruiter said that with my specific interests, I may be able to transition to a "Wealth Strategy Associate" position upon graduation, put in a few years worth of work and then become an FA after I learn the business and build up my network.

My GPA is okay (3.752) but I am from a no name school and finishing it online and I have no internships or relevant work experience. I graduate next May so don't really have any options. Do you have any thoughts on the UBS PWM internship? Do you have any opinions/experience with the Wealth Strategy Associate position?

I'm graduating with mounting student loans so need something that has decent pay, not sure if the glassdoor figures for the Wealth Strategy Associate is accurate. I really liked the branch and the FA and I really hit it off. HIs team has one of the largest AUM at UBS and he advised there is little to no cold calling until you actually want to step into an FA role.
