Tips for getting into Deloitte BTA program as experienced hire?

Hello,

I graduated in May 2011. I've been working at a smaller tech consulting firm (systems integration, requirements gathering, design, testing, training, deployement, blah blah blah). It's pretty nice, but I want to make it into to Deloitte with their BTA track.

I am DC based, so I've been looking at their Rosslyn office. I know I'll be on federal projects probably.

Do you have any tips for me? Comments, etc? What will be different for an experienced applicant vs. them recruiting straight from a school?

Am I correct in assuming that "Systems Integration..." positions will put me on the BTA track/group? I saw a position that specifically said BTA Analyst, but not anymore.

Do experienced hires still get to go to the 4 week training or whatever?

Thanks so much.
