Tips for Negotiating Salary and Promotions
Guys, time of the yr or well just passed the time of the year… thought to mobilise the resources here!Would love to hear all urs thoughts and stories in negotiating salary here! Personally I didn't manage to get an above inflation rate increase in base (which is very sad and unusual) though not too bad on the bonus so I didn't dare to negotiate further. How did u guys do it!!
