Pro-tip.... Call the broker and ask them to resend it to you/format it differently. They probably have an analyst/client services person that will do this for them/you. This is free.... work smarter not harder.

If for any reason you can't get a broker to send a properly formatted version, just have a template w/ the important terms so you can disaggregate it quickly.

I just do columns w/: Tenant name, start date, end date, months remaining, rent/sf, monthly rent, annual rent, rent bumps, expense reimbursements, lease notes (ROFO to contiguous space, LL right to relocate, co-tenancy clause, etc.).

Generally only takes 15-20 minutes if I can't get a broker to send a proper one over.
