Tips on networking

Hello All,

I'm a Junior at a non-target with alumni spread across all banks on WS except GS. I accepted an offer at a pretty good firm for lev fin for summer 2019, but I want to work at a BB, so I'm going to take an extra semester and get a minor in Computational Math. Over the summer, I had a really hard time networking with people, I could get about 15 people on the phone, but lack the social skills to build relationships. I think it has to do with my social anxiety (my apple watch would give me a warning about my HR getting to 120 before each call). Has anyone had something similar and how did they overcome it? I feel like my social anxiety is the only thing holding me back. I have a good GPA, good extracurriculars, a proven history to work hard, and leadership experience, just not social skills.
