Tips on Resume

Hi all,

Im a fresh grad applying to the indutsry.

I am about to pursue a full time position in sending my CVs and not getting any replies. (Will add to Linkedin after posting this).

I have always been told that "finance firms don't appreciate creativity ... old fasioned black and white times new roman 11 font size is the way to go". And I just can't seem to believe that. Is the industry that strict where a colored resume with signs of effort will turn recruiters away?

Would love some feedback.

Thanks.

P.S. Don't forget to congratulate me on linkedin
