Tips to starting content on YouTube?

Something lit a fire in me recently and looking to possibly start doing videos on YouTube. I want the software (video software) to be able to capture my face and highlight the screen to analyze/discuss. I'm not tech savvy. Anyone have any tips to this and getting started?

Thanks - when I develop good content I’ll definitely post a link.

Word - I think I’m set with the above recommendation

Probably a better place to ask than WSO.

You can't ask Youtube though. You can search a query.

Why don't you start by talking about health, fitness, etc? You seem to have a passion for that and I can definitely tell you have done a lot of research in that area.

Thanks - yeah its principally just tournament poker talk and analysis. I mainly want to capture on video a big win - to show people what its like to take down a big tournament in steps. Working on the content is a work in progress and I need to speak more.

lol - I just got pocket aces while writing this.

I had to study for a full year full time to learn tournament poker. I took all of 2015 and just studied poker / played hands / watched videos the whole year. Playing poker watching poker. I'm pretty confident in my game and how I have built it up. There are best practices and statistics in tournament poker that tell you how to play when you have it and also more importantly how to bluff when you don't have it, but know they don't have it either.

I actually played for free to prepare in 2014 for six months on Poker Stars / Full Tilt, then played for money starting January 2015. Experience comes with just seeing thousands of hands. Just seeing how people play, what they do.

First of all, I really want to bash a poker player named Jordan Drummond, who I think is a total donk. I haven't done this yet by video and mainly just send him messages now. But, he doesn't respond that much. He sucks and I want to show the holes in his game (he is a high stakes player).

I tried doing poker videos of my own (just normal tournament play and analysis) and it is a lot harder than I thought and also it is exhausting for me. I am introverted and not this extroverted ball of energy, so it is physically tiring for me to comment for a few hours or something, so I have to work on generating content in a more seldom manner and can only do it on special poker tournaments.

I am definitely impressed by Jordan's content though, he produces the content well and is entertaining. But, he sucks.
