Hi everyone, I recently applied for a FT position as an investment analyst at BlackRock. I read some of the posts detailing what questions will be asked in the HireVue, but I want to know more about how to best structure my answers. Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance :)

I would use several index cards, each with it's own theme, and list three pertinent bullets. Review those so you touch on each bullet and amplify as necessary. Will help keep you structured and organized. You can even build in some personality. Time constraints are challenging if you don't know what you're going to say (and how you're going to say it). You should have a sense of the questions already. Just prepare your answers but make them pop. That takes structure. Structure will also keep you calm.
