To Biodiversity to Business: Help!

So I'm a senior at a great university. Except the fact that the advisory center for my biodiversity major gave me bad advice and now I'm about to graduate with a degree I won't be able to get a job or go to grad school with. Basically, if I graduate as my current grades stand, I'm screwed. While I tried my best, my bio and chem classes killed my gpa. I started a minor in nonprofit management and successfully completed 2 internships tied to it with a great GPA. A professor recommended me to go to our business school and see if I could switch majors or double major. Business is always something I've enjoyed and I was going to take a beginning entrepreneurship class next semester just for fun!

Now, I have an appointment on Monday with an adviser at the business school and I'm going to beg for mercy to get a business degree despite the fact that have the credits to graduate. With my wildlife management background from my prior major, I thought a business major with some emphasis on organizational behavior would tie together really well to ACTUALLY get a job after school. Does anybody know of any resources I could look at to help which direction I should pursue at business school.
I already have taken accounting and other prereqs and have been very successful. What other advice can you guys give me?

I come from a single parent home and grew up in poverty. After working so hard to get college and working my butt off to just graduate without a job and be back in the cycle of poverty is what frightens me the most. PLEASE HELP.
