I went to a community College then transfered to a public university. Cumulative GPA 3.32 and I have worked at the consulting company Booz Allen Hamilton for 3-4 years and have gotten promoted twice. My supervisor has given me stellar reviews. 750 on GMAT. First generation, Latino, college student (not sure if that's relevant). I have been part of and led multiple fundraising events at my workplace for poverty related issues. I am an American male. What are my chances?
