Something you'll see in the PDF is that CBRE has been in a world of its own this year (as with most years), HFF & Apartment Realty Advisors are firmly in in 2nd/3rd, and it drops off rather quickly after the top handful.
Transwestern, Apartment Realty Advisors, and Colliers surprise me a bit for various reasons, but otherwise it's somewhat expected.
