Bschool placement depends more on post-bank work-experience, GPA, undergrad institution and story. I've seen guys from BofA go to HBS, and guys from GS go to Stern.

Hi Could you please elaborate on why BAML TMT should be avoided?
Well from what I've heard about BAML Europe, TMT has bad culture and deal flow isn't what it could be. On the other side, Industrials, FIG and Energy&Power seemed like groups doing very well.
also curious on other thoughts on this, particularly Healthcare?
