Top prop firm vs. bank
I am trying to choose between an offer at a top prop firm (think Jane Street, Getco, or drw) and a high-frequency offer at a top bank. What would you guys choose, and why? Also can someone give estimates of compensation at the bank a few years out? I've already gotten some estimates for the prop firm. Thanks.
If it's GETCO/JSC, take that imo.
