50k base salary, used to be 45k before the base raise. Bonus dependent on year, but expected around 50-60% of the base.

Tbf, they paid 45k before everyone raised base salary, they have always paid below street

This is funny shit knowing that there are A1s in NYC getting $120k base now

They do seem very happy, deal teams often get flown out for a holiday when a transaction finishes and they do an annual holiday for everyone.

Their deal flow is solid but there bigger transactions are still under $1 bil. Apparently they win bids easily and turn down a lot of potential sales if they don’t feel it fits their business model. They were very happy winning the Green Mountain sale as their pushing for more full m&a deals aswell as their growth equities. They are very good at what they do, have advised Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking on data centre acquisitions when GSMB usually always use their IBD division for this.

Very good place to be I think for growth equity exits and WLB.
