TPG Credit Management Changes Name to Castlelake
Interesting rebranding for TPG's subsidiary.
What do you guys think triggered this rebranding?

I never knew they were based in Minneapolis....
Maybe so they wouldn't end up on so many disqualified lenders lists on other sponsor deals that they would want to play in (just a thought)
What a shitty name. So unoriginal.
For some reason it sounds more like a Fast Food chain, doesn't it?
TPG Credit Management was minority owned by TPG, similar to TPG-Axon. The TPG name reflects a minority ownership stake, but not any actual management overlap. TPG has its own credit platform within TPG Capital.
It's a great firm to work for but their new logo reminds me of http://www.whitecastle.com/
How do you know? Have you worked there?
I know people who work there and they love their job.
