Can anyone shed some light on the training/orientation program for analysts in Toronto at the Big 5 banks.
Do they do a good job of preparing you for day-to-day tasks?
What's usually covered in training? Do you go through how to build comps, DCFs, LBOs, etc.
How important is the orientation compared to on-the-job training?
