Trinity Partners
I have an interview coming up with Trinity Partners next week and was hoping to get some different perspectives on the firm.
http://www.trinitypartners.com/
What is the typical work like? Strategic or more operational?
What are the differences between the Waltham office and the NYC office?
What are the exit opportunities like? Are exits out of life sciences/pharma common?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Bump. Any insights would be appreciated
Last bump. Anyone?
Work is strategic, not operational. Similar to work in other boutique LS consulting groups: I would guess opportunity assessments, product strategy (from preclinical/launch to LOE). An ex-consultant mentioned they're fairly quantitative, so probably plenty of modeling (revenue, NPV, budget impact, etc).
Don't know the differences between offices, but Waltham is the headquarters. It's also in a not-so-desirable area, in terms of being a suburb of Boston, and potentially difficult to get to via public transportation (i.e., buses).
Exit opps.. I'd guess similar to other boutique LS groups: bschool (decent placement), industry, other consulting companies. Hard to break into finance without an MBA, I'd guess.
Thanks, that's really helpful. Do you happen to know if alums of the firm are able to exit to Life Sciences PE or VC with any frequency?
