Tuck vs Yale SOM for IB

Hi everyone, may I request your help deciding where to go for Bschool - Tuck or Yale? I am looking at career opportunity for IB in NYC. No $ involved. While Tuck seems to be much stronger than Yale in consulting, it seems that both schools equally place well in finance. Thank you so much!

Either one will place well. That said, while SOM truly is an up and comer (IMO), I run across Tuck guys a lot on the street. Tuck has been a strong school for very long while SOM is only just recently coming into its own.

Thanks. No scholarship from either school. I've been to Tuck already and I found it to be a nice place, but I am more or less indifferent between living in Hanover and New Haven. The people I've met from both schools have been very nice as well. Both are small classes with supportive communities. So if I remove those elements I am thinking I should look at recruiting opportunities and alumni network. Let me know if there are other factors you would consider? Thank you!

Am facing the same decision except no $ at Tuck and $20K/yr at Yale SOM. I'm leaning Tuck, but I'm more interested in the investment management space. I personally view Tuck as equal to stronger than Yale SOM in most career paths.

Haven't looked too much into IBD, so I can't comment there.
