Tying out different D&A and capex numbers from 10-K

Need a little help from someone more experienced at reading financials. Nvidia's 2016 10-k has a reported D&A number of $197 for the most recent period. I assumed that the changes in accumulated D&A for PP&E and intangibles would tie this out but those two numbers are only $12 and $72 (for accumulated depreciation and amortization, respectively). Where else would D&A be going on the balance sheet?

Similar question with capex - NVDA has a "purchases of PP&E & intangibles" line totalling $86 for the most recent period. But gross PP&E decreases by $79 and intangibles only increase by $17. Is there somewhere else this capex is being accounted for?

Thanks for the help.
