Typical Percentage Carry at a Megafund vs. MM Fund

Was wondering if anyone had a good sense for what a "typical" carry precentage is for each investment professional at megafunds (e.g., Apollo), upper MM funds (e.g., Vista Equity Partners), MM funds (let's say investing out of ~$1bn current fund), and smaller funds (e.g., $500mm)? How does that vary for each fund size depending on level (MD, Director, VP, etc.)? I've heard a generic quote of 50bps for VPs in MM PE, but don't know how accurate that is.
