UBS Graduate Talent Program

Hello fellow primates,

I am interested in applying for one of the GTP programmes they offer in Europe. The focus of the programme

I would like to ask any of you with current or prior experience with UBS what are some specific skills/GPA/interview tips that are highly regarded by UBS and that would help me increase my chances to secure a spot there. Also, any specific CV layout preferences (in Switzerland) that I should know about (when compared with the U.S. or other major Western European countries)?

I know that their recruitment process is highly technical and competitive, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Moreover, if anyone managed to land a job there, how was your overall experience? I seriously cannot trust all the negative comments UBS gets around here, considering its status in the industry.

Cheers!
