UK stock market API

Hi, not really sure where to post this as it's quite computer program oriented, but someone here might know. I'm looking for a Python3.8-compatible stock market API for the LSE, or any other major non-US exchanges. Only simple closing prices, or EOD data needed. I already use Alphavantage for the US. Please feel free to redirect me to post in a different forum or any other websites. Preferably it would be free, even if that limits call volume. Thanks.
