Undergrad at Warwick vs. Bristol vs. Manchester
Hey guys,
I am a student at an international high school, and I have received offers from three UK universities so far. They are:
- University of Warwick (BSc Management)
- University of Bristol (BSc Accounting and Finance)
- University of Manchester (BAEcon Accounting and Finance - I don't understand the "BAEcon" classification)
I have been rejected from LSE and I am waiting to hear back from King's College London. My question is, if I want an FO position at an investment bank in London, which of the three universities above should I go to? I know Warwick is better, but I'm worried that BSc Management may not be as attractive to employers as perhaps Accounting and Finance. I am also open to investment banking positions abroad, as I plan on getting an MBA at an American B-School down the line anyways. My other question is, which of the three universities above (and their respective degrees) will seem most attractive to a B-School like Harvard/Stanford/Wharton? Finally, what are your thoughts on employment prospects for international students in the UK after Brexit?
Thank you in advance for your help!

I would recommend Bristol or Warwick over KCL and Manchester.
Warwick is the best option in my opinion, have a look on a recent comment of mine on a similar thread where I explain why. Keep in mind you could always try to switch to Management + Finance at Warwick once you are in.
Bristol is still a very good institution, A&F is a bit of a dry course though... let us know what you end up doing!
LSE>Warwick>Bristol=KCL>Manchester.
Course doesn't matter. Study what you enjoy

Warwick is a target in the UK, Bristol/Manchester/Kings are definitely not. Go to Warwick.
