Undergrad GPA beyond 1st Job???

Will firms ask about your undergrad GPA/transcript during the recruitment process from your 1st to 2nd job?? (Think between 2-3 years after graduation). If so how important is it in comparison to the recruitment for your 1st job/internship program??

I would say keep it off at this point. it’s a superficial number that people immediately form judgments on you. if it’s 3.9 people think “oh wow this persons a genius!” and set the bar high for your interview. vice versa If it’s low. however, I’ve also witnessed a former CEO glancing at a resume, ogling at the applicant’s high GPAs from a prestigious school, agreeing to give offer without meeting the guy, then offering 5k more than what we wanted to give..simply bc he formed bias on the spot. So it could work to your favor if you have a high one. Mine was average at a 3.2, I got attacked by all my interviewers at a big4 interview over it, and was immensely grateful when I was able to take it off my resume forever.
