undergrad GPA in recruitment out of MSc

I'm starting my MSc in Warwick next intake, hoping to get an IB/ER summer analyst by the end. what's still staggering to me is how to compensate for the terrible GPA in undergrad. my GPA is equivalent to 3.355 and it's definitely not a 'good look' compared to others who I'll be competing with. there were some issues that got me down (the covid semesters specifically). now I'm focused on getting top grades in the MSc but the stigma of undergrad still exists.

so id really like to know, how much of an obstacle is GPA in recruitment coming out of grad school, and assuming high grades?
