Undergraduate, Boston or Washington DC?

I'm currently a high school student and planning to learn the business(finance or accounting) in the university.
I'm expecting a future occupation in NY but not planning to apply for a university there(under consideration though).
Besides my potential choices in NY, here are my questions for Boston and DC:
1. Is it better to learn finance or accounting in DC or Boston?
2. Is there more finance/accounting firms in DC or Boston?
3. BU vs BC vs Georgetown vs WU in St Louis
4. If there's any target schools in DC or Boston, tell me.
Thanks
