Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield International Graduate Program

Curious to hear if anyone has any insights on URW's IGP Program - It is an 18-month rotational program that gives analysts the opportunity to have 4 6-month rotations either in LA, New York, London and Paris. Analysts work mainly on URW's retail projects with a focus on asset management, investment/development, and leasing.

Overall looks very interesting, curious if anyone has experience with the IGP, URW, or knows anyone who has been through it and what it was like leaving. For example, I think the international real estate and business exposure would be an amazing experience, along with the collaboration and magnitude of projects you'd get to work on. However, leaving the IGP after 2 years, would you be considered a "retail guy" making exit opps in other assets very challenging? Any information is appreciated... Thank you.
