University of London - LSE external programmes
I did not find much information about this topic, so I am going to ask you about it.
I found out that the University of London offers many external programmes to study from anywhere in the world.
They are offering many "interesting" Bsc degree programmes (by LSE):
Bsc Accounting and Finance
BSc Accounting with Law
BSc Banking and Finance
BSc Business and Management
BSc Development and Economics
BSc Economics
BSc Economics and Finance
BSc Economics and Management
BSc Information Systems and Management
Bsc International Development
BSc International Relations
BSc Management with Law
BSc Mathematics and Economics
BSc Politics and International Relations
I am living an Germany and due to my financial background I am not able to visit a well known target school for an intern Bsc degree. There are also some so called target schools in Germany, but I am not sure how to judge the international reputation of these.
However, from what I have read yet it did not look that bad, and the fees for the extern programmes seem to be quite fair.
I do not know in how far it is true, but I heard there should be an option to transfer to the intern course if you are performing very well.
Is anybody here who can tell me if it is worth to start such a programm regarding the chances to break into M&A or at least to maximize my chances to get a good internship.
I am not expecting the best, but my current situation seems to be even worse on the first view (computer science in the 1. semester at a German University).
