Unsure how to answer this basic biz dev question:

I was asked this question the other week and while I'm sure it's a typical cookie-cutter question, I couldn't think of a great response on the spot.

"If you were hired, what would be the most difficult part for you in regard to integrating with the the team?"

Obviously want to be honest but at the same time you don't want to highlight any character or personality flaws that are too great--even if you're 'aware of it' and 'making a concerted effort to improve on it'.

Suggestions?
