UNSW vs Cambridge vs USyd vs ANU

So I'm currently a year 12 student in Australia and I wanted to pursue a career in investment banking. I was wondering which university would be the best to pursue a career in IB.
The degrees which I would be doing at the universities would be
ANU: Finance and mathematics/actuarial sciences
UNSW: Commerce and mathematics/actuarial studies
Usyd: Bachelor of Commerce and mathematics
Cambridge: Bachelor of mathematics

The Australian universities are subsidised and are cheaper for me while I do have to pay a lot of money for Cambridge. Is the brand name worth 180k (cost of a 3 year degree at Cambridge).

The Math Tripos at Cambridge is one of the hardest degrees in the world to get into / to complete. I don't think UCAS has opened yet so if you're going to apply you will have to prepare hard for the process. If you're confident in your math this degree is a great and you should go for it.

If you're looking to stay in NSW try to get into the Co-op program at UNSW - they place you in BB IBs as a co-op intern. That'd be better than Usyd or ANU by a mile.

I'm performing well so far in academics. But coop at UNSW is incredibly difficult to get into, more so than Cambridge. My academics are strong, and my predicted atar is well above the requirement for Cambridge. The only issue I had was the cost, im not from the wealthiest family so I'll have to pay my own way throughout the 3years via a loan. Is the benefit of the Cambridge name worth 180k?

Cambridge looks at personal statement / interview as well. I’ve had my friends with 45 IBs get rejected from Oxbridge law even after trying for two years. Don’t know anyone going to math tripos but I’d spend some time preparing if I was you. Definitely as hard as UNSW Co-op
