UofT or McGill or Waterloo for S&T?

My ideal career would be being a quant in somewhere like Jane Street or Citadel and eventually moving up maybe into derivatives trading at a BB if possible. I've just been accepted to McGill and UofT, but am also thinking of applying to Waterloo after first year and I'm having trouble choosing, especially as I've been getting mixed recommendations on which would better suit my career path.
I would be looking to major in either CS or double major in Stat and Mathematics. I'm not really into the whole party school vibe I've been getting from McGill and I think if I would be much more suited to the grindier workaholic zeitgeist I've noticed from UofT students, but the people I've talked to have just said that McGill has a much better reputation in the states and just on that basis it's worth attending.
