Up or out at MBB

Currently deciding between fulltime offers at Bain & McKinsey. The goal is to work for 2-3 years, get an MBA sponsored, and then return for two years. Does anyone know which firm it'd be more challenging to get the MBA sponsorship at? How likely is up or out to be an issue that stops me from getting an MBA sponsored? Does pretty much everyone get the sponsorship offer at both firms?

I don't think there's a significant difference between any of the three. Isn't the "out" usually MBA sponsorship for most MBB? Very few (

Both have similar sponsorship rates, but this is for APAC
