Updating a recruiter?
Through on-campus and diversity events, I've met a few recruiters at BBs and sent follow-up emails after these events. It's been about three months since these events and I haven't been very proactive about reaching out to bankers at these firms, is it worth emailing these recruiters and giving them an update on what I've been up to since these events (summer internship plans, that I've submitted apps for 2020 SA, etc)? Obviously I need to be more proactive about speaking to bankers at these firms, but wondering if it's worth reaching out to the recruiters too
It's absolutely worth reaching out. It can only help put you in a better position in terms of recruiting. I would reach out to bankers ASAP.
