URGENT 5 month notice period
Hello all, I'm in the process of lateraling to another bank and my offer letter has a 5 month notice if I want to quit. I'm move from an MM to another MM. I'm switching industry/product groups and really want to be in that vertical however a 5 month notice period is very long and was wondering if anyone has any experience dealing with it. I'm worried I'll be stuck if I'm not successful at the firm and want to move. Does anyone have any experience dealing with this? Grappling on whether I should take the job.
