Urgent Help - FT or Off-cycle internship

Hi all,

I am currently in a difficult situation and I hope to get some different perspectives and opinions (EU).

I currently have a FT offer for a Levfin team at my local bank (biggest in the country, not that well known internationally. Did an internship there and had a great time).
I also have an off-cycle internship offer at an international top MM bank's satellite office (HL/Jefferies). All people that work there have great experience and the MD's are high 'caliber's'.

Both offers have the same start date.
I am hesitating as the MM bank offers a better international experience and offer the full IB experience (lean team) vs only Levfin at the local bank.
I have discussed this with the local bank, and they are not willing to 'extend' the offer to after the internship, however they did say the door wouldn't be closed (e.g. if I do not like the internship, I can always contact them, however no garantuees for a spot).

I am seriously doubting what to do...

Do you know the return offer rates for the MM firm? Often they are very bad in Continental Europe, therefore I would personally lean towards the LevFin offer as long as its a locally well-known bank. You can still lateral to another bank later.
