URGENT: UBS Toronto; culture insight? more info?

Need urgent insight into UBS toronto. having a hard time find info about the bank, culture, pay, strengths, weaknesses etc.

Small shop in comparison with canadian banks. I know they have an M&A and a Metals & Mining team. Great people.

Yes, they are small in comparison to the Canadian dealers, but they are actually one of the biggest global firms in Toronto (Along with BAML and CS). This gives them the ability to execute deals rather than just originate, which makes for good deal experience.

Toronto office is mainly Metals & Mining and Industrials, along with product groups (M&A, ECM).

Culture is pretty tight-knit.

Not 100% sure on pay, but I heard a couple years ago bonuses at the analyst level were absurdly low (like less than $20k)
