U.S. Trust Private Client Associate Development Program vs Piper Jaffray Fixed Income Junior Sales Program

So I was contacted by recruiters for the 2 programs.

From information given to me the U.S. Trust program has candidate selection forum on February 6-7, 2018 in Dallas, TX, start on April 2, 2018 then orientation session on April 2-6, 2018 in Charlotte, NC.

The Piper Jaffray program has centralized training in Chicago for 12-18 months then individual assignment to Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Minneapolis or San Francisco.

Anyone can give me insights regarding the Pros and Cons of each program, compensation, work hours/environment. And generally speaking which program is considered higher in terms of recognition?
