I was corresponding with an analyst via email from MBB when I cited the wrong firm name (different MBB). It was a sloppy mistake, and I sent a follow up email with a brief apology as soon as I noticed the error. His email was in response to my cold email requesting an informational interview. Is this going to have lasting implications for my potential candidacy at said firm?
