I work as an M&A analyst for an EB in Brazil and want to know how usefull is doing an MBA to become a better professional in this field. I'm not willing to work for another company, just be better where I'm now.
I'm already taking CFA so I'm not thinking about developing technical skills in an MBA program. I believe that the MBA might help me build a stronger network and learn about strategy.
For me, these two traits (network and strategy) would be better appliable during the VP - MD transition. Do you agree with that? Thinking in an utilitarian way, in which step of my career should I pursue an MBA? Should I pursue an MBA?
