Usefulness of 2nd Language in job search?

I’ll be a freshman in college this fall studying corporate finance. I’ve taken Chinese for 6 years. Wondering how much more marketable this makes me?

Is this a staple piece that will make a break though statement for recruiters? Or is it just a nice piece to add to my resume?

 

It would help if you want to enter APAC offices of banks. In the States, it is not required. However, knowing additional language is a valuable asset. Knowing Chinese can turn into the topic fpr the interesting chat during the interview, plus it can create an image that you are quite intelligent as you could grasp and learn this difficult language.
