Using the same email or application will be overlooked?

I was making accounts on the BB sites for the upcoming recruiting season, and came across CS, which stated that if you applied to something with them before, you need to use the same account or your app won't be looked over/considered.

Last year I applied to a couple of BBs (other than CS, nor were my applications fruitful), but the emails and passwords were all different, so I wanted to standardize my email and password across the BBs. I couldn't find on any other BB that you need to use the same email, so is CS the only one like this, that you need to use the same email as before?

If anyone who works in the BBs, especially in recruiting, could answer this that'd be awesome.

This honestly concerns me. My application for Credit Suisse is still "being assessed for a potential duplicate." Meanwhile, the recruiting process continues to go on...

Hey brother, I also encounter the same problem. Last year I applied for some BBs, but I extended my graduation to 2019 so I hope to apply for BB one more time. But I am not sure whether to register a new account (new email, phone number) or still use the same old account. May I know your recent update? and so grateful for any thoughts you would like to share. Thank you so much!

Same account. They likely will not notice.
