If in state, take bhp in a heart beat. If out of state and she is dead set on ny ib, take stern.

Would highly reccomend she comes to UT and uses the extra 40k a year she saves on networking trips and other career development activities. Chances are, everyone's career goals will change at least once in college. Bhp will be a much better across the board as she will have many safety careers and a better alumni network outside IB.
