Valuation Analyst job offer (boutique advisory firm in Texas)
I recently received an offer for a Valuation Analyst role at a small boutique valuation and advisory firm in Texas. They have a focus on business valuation, litigation, and M&A. My role would be heavily weighted on business valuation and M&A work. It's a small shop (20-25 employees) and does not have a specific sector focus.
I am from a non-target and pursuing IB/CIB interviews but am looking at this offer as a plan B.
I'm struggling to find info regarding similar roles. I am just looking for some advice on the role in general and what exit opportunities could be presented.
TIA!
