Valuation: Mergers, Buyouts and Restructuring by Arzac vs Applied Mergers & Acquisitions by Bruner
Anyone have any experience with either of these two books who are in the banking industry. Starting as FT analyst soon and would like to read up on some fairly advanced M&A, Valuation and Accounting topics prior to the start of training. PM me if youd like.
The one by Joshua Rosenbaum is very good.
Rosenbaum for sure
Rosenbaum
Rosenbaum
Rosenbaum & Pearl
Ive read Rosenbaum and Pearl already and found it very helpful from the standpoint of developing a firm understanding of applying the methodologies for valuing differen types of transactions. Either of these books however will provide a more theoretical/in-depth approach. Does any1 have experience with either?
I have not read these books rather I prefer to have take tution from professional and I think that is better idea to learn. And that is more effective then just reading a book.
