Vanderbilt vs Carnegie

Hey guys. I already posted this in the IB forum but I just wanted a wider range of opinions and perspectives. Ultimately I have about 2 days to decide on one or the other and so here I am.
I was accepted into engineering at both schools, tho at Carnegie I will not be able to pursue Ece or CS.
I will double major in HOD or minor in business if I end up at Vandy
I will double major in Tepper if I end up at Carnegie.
I want to have an ultimate career in consulting or IB (haven’t decided yet)
Been getting some conflicting views but I want to know which places better for these areas. Also on a side note, I want to have a background in tech Incase consulting and IB don’t workout hence my major in engineering.
Thank you!
Also I want to mention I’m an international student (Canadian) if that changes anything.
